Daily rates of $135 (Bright internal office); $145 (Windows) – $165 (direct water views of Lake Burley Griffin) excl GST. Evening rates ($50 to $70) also available from 5.00 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.

Full days currently available are: Mon, Tues, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Includes all bills & amenities, such as air conditioning/ heating, electricity, internet, printer, nespresso machine, on demand filtered hot & cold water. Please note administration support is not provided. Private kitchen & bathroom with client bathrooms provided separate also. Plenty of one and two hour free parking on street outside the office. Disabled access with glass lift and disabled bathrooms. Access to a private rooftop garden.
